PASSENGERS have named Edinburgh Airport among the best in Europe for customer service as part of a new survey.
The airport was named along with Malta, Porto, Zurich and Copenhagen in the top five for customer service and facilities as part of the Airport Service Quality Awards 2010.
Edinburgh Airport managing director Kevin Brown said: “I’m delighted with this award, particularly as it is based on the feedback of our passengers.
“Last year, with its ash, snow and other challenges, was a difficult year for the team at Edinburgh, which makes this feat all the more impressive.”
