Ann Haluska

Ann Haluska really enjoys working at SSi because of the people and all the specialties they bring to
the table. Diverse backgrounds, experiences, and different points of view help to create successful training programs.

Ann has been involved in the aviation industry for over 25 years, starting with America West in 1994
as a customer service agent, then US Airways, and most recently American Airlines. She worked in
many roles within the airlines from frontline jobs to behind the scenes in IT as a project manager.
Having participated in two mergers with system integrations and with multiple domestic and
international carriers gained her great insight into managing projects and change. She holds a
Master’s in Education, which helps to understand different learning styles and the skill to formulate
successful training. Ann is very customer-focused and likes to be involved in development and
training to ensure employees have the tools to be successful in their roles.

She has been an adjunct faculty member for Arizona State University in their Air Transportation
Management program. In her free time, Ann enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling,
or just walking her dog through the beauty of Arizona When it is not too hot!
