For over 18 years, Sue Chacon has been a noteworthy leader in Instructional Design – Training and Development. Prior to her current role as Instructional Designer at SSi, Sue worked as an Instructional Design Specialist at the Center for Child Well-Being (CCWB) and the Arizona Department of Child Welfare (D.C.S.), helping to provide child welfare workers with effective, best practice training.
While Sue has extensive experience in Child / Family Services, she’s also developed training for a variety of sectors including, the U.S. Department of Defense (D.O.D.) and Department of Energy (D.O.E.).
Sue holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Training and Learning Technology along with coursework toward a master’s degree in Organizational Learning and Instructional Technology at the University of New Mexico.
Sue Chacon brings a fervor to help aviation workers learn to perform their jobs in the safest way possible, utilizing engaging and effective training strategies for online and classroom training.
In her free time, Sue likes to train her dog to do silly tricks to perform for friends and family when they come to visit.
